In addition to the documents above, I suggest that you carry the SEVIS fee payment receipt as well. They usually do not ask for it but its good to be prepared. If you don’t have a copy of your SEVIS fee payment receipt, you can get it here
I arrived at US about a week ago and the immigration officer did not ask me much. He looked at my passport and I-20 and asked how much cash I was carrying with me and that was it. But its always good to have everything with you, you might never know what happens.
- Passport with Visa
- Letter of Acceptance
- No Objection Letter from Nepal Government (Avaiable from Keshar Library)
Along with the above ones, it is good to carry some of the below documents too (if you have them; it is not necessary but safe to have in case something comes up):
- Bank Statement
- Relationship Certificate
- And documents you used to get the US Visa.
