ISFAA is quite simple to fill compare to CSS. You download the latest form and fill out by hand and scan and send via email or upload as mentioned in the college’s website. You should better ask the admission officer about what you must do. Here is the ISFAA from last year. I could not find the latest one, maybe it is yet to come out.
In case of CSS fill up the form online and submit online after paying some money.
Regarding bank related documents, you better try to gather your parents tax form, parents property audit report and bank statement. All colleges will not ask for these documents. You can ask the admission officer about which documents to submit.
You might be asked to present these documents during visa interview.
And if you are in Kathmandu, please go to USEF. They provide detail information session on these forms, how to fill, and the bank documents.
Hey, I would recommend you to make an account by clicking on Login/Register tab so that it will be easier for you. If you have an account then you won’t have to visit the site now and then to see if someone answered your questions. An email will be sent to you once someones answers it. Saves time and effort.
Answer to your question:
Yes, you need to download the form, fill it and then send it to the office of financial aid. If you have all the required documents, you can complete it in less than 30 mins.
I don’t know what you might need from the bank. I guess you will need a bank statement stating how much assets your parents have. However, I did not go through this process so let’s wait for someone else to answer that for you.
