2) What are the job opportunities and priorities of the courses?

3) Which course is more likely to gain more financial aid or scholarship?

4) Can we do software engieering in Masters after doing IT in Bachelors, espi in US Universities?

The answer provided in Quora does a good job of explaining the differences and similarities :https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-CSE-and-IT-engg.

If you still have questions please don’t hesitate to raise them.

Regarding financial aid or scholarship in US colleges, your subject choice does not make much difference. Most of them are liberal arts universities so your subject choice will not have impact in your financial aid. They expect you to explore and study various subjects while you are there.

In the US, your Masters need not be related to what you studied in your Bachelor. You can do engineering in your Bachelor and then do Medicine in Masters. However, you will need to show that you are capable of studying that subject in Masters by taking some standardized tests. So, to answer your question, you absolutely can do software engieering in Masters after doing IT in Bachelors. And don’t be sure about what you wanna study. If possible try to explore.

In the other hand, the story is different in universities of other countries. You will have to look at the requirements of the concerned university to know for sure.
